hey all, i was trying to do a hang with one hand on a deep 2 finger pocket, and damn it was hard! i just slipped right out every time! arg, same with slopers! anyone know a good way to increase one armed hang strength without injury? thanx cheers jono

uunnnngg, just did hangboard workout, bah, havent been doin it enuf lately. i can only do 15 pull ups now! but my finger strength is up, yaaaaa
