pulling on an open hold, hard but not that hard, than suddenly a quick
ripple, like a shot of a eletric current runs through my hand-wrist-forearm...not exactly painfull but not pleasant ... all i have to do at the moment is to switch to crimping and i can continue my climb ...
If i keep crimping i can comfortably continue climbing all day and
in the evening i can't even remember ...
until the next open hold ...(if it's next a day)...or ...after full day rest
when i gear shift , or cut the slice of bread ... or any light fingery action ..

then The "ripple" comes again ...

Please ... any advice???
anybody with a simmilar thing?

Sounds like a tear in a small tendon. The ripple only occurs during a certain hand position makes it seem fairly isolated. You should rest it for about 2 weeks :( and then try it out.
