that happened to me, but in my wrist. it hurt really bad and i couldnt make a fist for the rest of the night and the next day. i went climbing the next day anyways and my wrist poped again and yet agian, it hurt really bad. i didnt go to the doctor or anything i just kinda let it heal on its own. it only took about a week. you should be allright if its the same thing that happened to me but i dont think it was very smart of me to climb again and not go see what was wrong with me though. you should go to the doctor because im probably wrong. its probably nothing serious but i would go just to be safe.

See a doctor, don't aggrevate it, it'd be better to wait 2 weeks for it to get better rather then half a year if you screw it up. If you can't make an appointment with your doctor soon, in the 1st 48 hours of the injury you should put ice on it if it is swollen, and afters just rest it and elevate it. Hope I helped

see a doctor. this can be permanently debilitating if you let it go untreated
