I've gotten more work done that I know what to do with.
Greenie, your money's no good here anyhow, help yourself my love.
Loki had an awesome run last weekend training with other sled dogs. Yesterday tried out skijoring - dog pulls you on skis. She did real well, we only did a mile. I'm recovering from a helluva cold/flu still. Will go out again this afternoon and try to get her to pull longer. Off to DC early tomorrow AM, then to AZ for work next week. busy busy busy. Think we're putting in a wood stove this weekend. We've already gone through $500 in oil in the past two months. Ouch!!!

we've been building fires nonstop...knowing the fireplace at the next house is gas. :roll: :x
just not the same, smells or heat...
we ran outta oil, right before the ice storm hit here, last week...brrrrr
and the family from AZ came to our house in freezing weather...inside and out.
so sucked.

crap, i missed this place! Pour me a big cup 'o java and find me a chair, i'm going to make myself comfortable.
It seems that a few ppl went a bit nuts while this place was down.
The dog just got her walk earlier, now she's looking at me thinking, "damn that rc.com, i'll never get a walk now".
snow is melting like drazy here. might be an early season..........not good. But, then again i could be climbing in a few weeks.

Still not working, Man I need to get back to work, for my sanitys sake not as much for the money. the weathers been so nice here the last couple of days (sorry East Coasters) And I have'nt been able to get out. Sorry don't mean to be so whiny!! Glad the Sites back up though.

GOOOOOOD MORNING all you beautiful people. Looks like the site is back pretty strong, for now at least. Apparently tim built a whole new server to help handle the load. Hope that does the trick.
I've missed this place. I've been able to get on pretty consistantly but there was an average of 4-6 users making it through. Pretty dull.
Anyway, I'll take my usual. Just Doubled, please. 100 minute commute this AM....SUCK!!

Jo, I have been dying to tell you... My cable company recently started carrying a HDTV channel called INHD. It's all documentaries. Lately they are seemingly obsessed with the Greek Isles. I generally have little to no desire to travel abroad, I figure there is far too much of my own country I haven't seen yet, but these shows are making me reconsider. The Greek Isles, and Ireland may have to move up my list.

Anyone have any news to share? I've got zippo - nada. Work is insanely busy - we have a 10 year anniversary gala in about 2.5 weeks and everyone is stressed about it. Everyone but me of course. I don't have a lot to do for it (or so it seems now..it may change later).
And I have no boy news - the one here seems to be completely oblivious to my charms. He is a busy one so our schedules have yet to allow us to go out for a drink. He owes me about 3 rainchecks.
But on the bright side, it has been warm here!!! in the 60s 6 of the last 7 days and it's January people! wow! that makes me so happy, you can't even imagine. Friggin' WI reaches about 25 for the high in January and it breaks records. Heaven help me I love Denver weather. :) :) :)

I'm doing a happy dance at work right now because I just got speakers and now I can listen to online radio. WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been the only one in the office who could not and it pissed me off (interns have better 'puters than mine and yes i complained about it).
Anyone have good stations they dig? I listen to everything - right now it's some country (makes me feel like I'm back in WI w/o having to actually be there).

the weather here is insane. i would say i miss the east coast, but they've been buried in blizzards while we cope with the windchill.
yesterday it was only -15C and it felt balmy by comparison. we braved the latest storm on Saturday and went to the local tour de bloc bouldering series comp. it was my first comp, i enrolled in intermediate, and i won! yay!
new shoes, and new chalkbag. how sweeeet is that??!
