Good Grief! Boss came in to talk about me probably loosing my job inbetween the next half year and I almost laughed my a$$ off cause I did a glance to your posts!!!! :D Felt like that soldier in Life of Brian... Anne, your sweet talking is hilarious! If you'll ever have a German lover don't treat him too hard if he start laughing while in action... And I really hope you'll never have to deal with "schmutziges Geschlecht", at least that one should be clean! me thinks i should start lookn' for work i've worn these cargo-eque pants MANY times before and have just been noted that they are not dress casual w/ new company merger - not that it's a big deal but it's the nature of our business not to have set hours; we work flex hours - too many corporate feels i am happy to be employeed but don't subscribe to dressing up - esp if my ass is here before 9am. oh well, nature of the beast. i miss sf - i could come in dressed anyway i wanted.

Christ, you'd think that growing up with a german-russian grandma who couldn't speak english, that i'd be able to pick up some german...oh well :( morning peeps, just a regular coffee off to check out ski lines for a women's ski camp i'm working at this weekend. Gotta find some avi free terrain for gals to learn to ski the steep stuff. gonna be hard because the conditions are crappy. I'm a tailgunner, which means i make sure everyone gets down safely and do the final sweep for lost souls!!!!

Creative's the way forward, there's less expectation of shirt-and-tie smartness. I don't get all that anyway; do you turn into a different person if you put on a shirt? Do you deserve more respect if you hang a strip of fabric round your neck? It's just too weird. I've given up on shirts and ties, thanks to climbing my shoulders are making it too hard to get shirts that fit well. Look at ties this way: how good can your day turn out if you start it by hanging a little noose around your neck?

In reply to: different person if you put on a shirt? nope - i am still the same cheeky - incredibly firm but loving - organized (lol can't spell today) - young woman - who dresses however she feels like... which today, mirrors that of a little highschool skater chick... not good for government...
In reply to: Do you deserve more respect if you hang a strip of fabric round your neck? not imo - respect is not given on basis of fabrication... it's earned.
In reply to: Look at ties this way: how good can your day turn out if you start it by hanging a little noose around your neck? since at this job, i've worn skirts 2x?
