Raps ok, gottsta love tha beats ya'll. However when it comes to climbing or training, I love laid back mellow music like coldplay, Jack Johnson, and absolutely anything Blues. If I want to get pumped a little know band called Spoken or anything Rap metal. We all love what we love. This choice music is the stuff that gets me psyched what about the rest of you?

While I don't really care much about slobs and crabs, that album does have some good tunes, but I have to go with Shuda Been a B-Dog, and Piru Love is an awesome song. I'm not too found of not being able to hear my partner or if soloing hearing someone yell rock, but I think I'd rather just choose randomly from my collection, but I'd suggest "Oh Shit" by the Pharcyde. That should set the mood.

In reply to: Shuda Been a B-Dog Thats a phat mix too. I like the ipod because it is so small and able to fit without trippin on the cords of a big cd playa.

People listen to rap when they climb? I generally pop in a little smooth jazz, you know Kenny G style. Try it sometime at the gym; you can't stick a problem and get all mad, then the smooth relaxing sounds of the alto sax wash the anger away and you can climb back on and stick the problem. Either that, or techno is fun.

Madvillain - Madvillainy. Hands down, the best hip hop album of 2004. And go ahead, let's open up the floodgates of criticism against me for steering the thread away from rap to hip hop. 2004 was a weak year for rap... because climbers were too busy gettin' CRUNK! Note to self - If ever I FA anything, crunk will most definitely be used in my naming of it.
