Very Comfortable 4 out of 5 stars

Review by: mwm88, 2012-10-06

This harness is very comfortable, but the leg loops are a bit small for me, which is the only reason why I gave it 4/5 stars. the waist is almost full tightened and the leg loops barely need any tightening to fit snug on my legs, maybe I'm just a freak though.

Bad Gear Loop Design! 1 out of 5 stars

If you wear the fabric on the gear loops at all there is a chance that the loop will fail. They are only connected by the fabric, the plastic tubing within is not attached to the harness. This resulted in my girlfriend's loop breaking while on an offwidth pitch 400 ft up. We watched an entire single rack (6 cams) fly off into the forest below. The rest of the harness is in perfect condition so there is no excuse for this occurring, just poorly designed gear loops. If they were all plastic of the plastic loops within were attached this would not happen. Don't buy until the loops are improved if you do trad and value your cams/ send. I guess these will work fine in the gym.

comfortable but annoying adjustable leg loops 1 out of 5 stars

Review by: wdnelson, 2010-08-05

I've climbed with this harness a couple times and I keep having to tighten the leg loops. The material slides easily through the adjustable clip. There doesn't seem to be any possibility of sliding through the clip completely, but its annoying and the last thing I want to think about when rapping off or when looking at a 10 foot leader fall, "I hope the leg loop doesn't come undun" Petzl should change design or use material that has more friction. In attempts to make adjusting size easier, I think they've over compensated. I'm taking mine back for a refund

Most comfortable harness Ive ever worn. Doesn't pinch or chafe. No signs of wear after a full year of use in gyms, on sport routes, and canyoneering in Zions
