I'll go ahead and say Prana pants are about as durable as a wet napkin....'nuff said.

Not bad, the fabric is nice and light, they allow you to move VERY well. Not as durable as I hoped...

Prana puts out some of my favorite pants, and the titan are just another of my favorites. The fabric feels great against the skin yet is still plenty durable and fairly wind resistant. Right out of the store these pants were super comfy, feeling as if I had had them for years. Also the ability to secure the cuff when you roll the legs up was a nice feature. With all this though I could only give these pants a modest performer rating and here is why; first, as has been said, the belt and velcro fly (common to almost all there pants) are a source of constant annoyance with minor modification (the addition of a button and smaller profile buckle) this problem is mitigated somewhat. Second, the cost of these can be prohibitive and in truth if I couldn't go to their factory clearance sales I probably wouldn't have bought any.

These are good pants - comfortable, light-weight, good-looking and durable.

but... in my opinion they're much too expensive for what they are (upwards of $50 w/ most of your money going towards that Prana logo) and they get soaked VERY quickly when it rains.

Go to any athletic store and you can pick yourself up an equivalent pant for $30 less - unless of course fashion is your climbing motivation.
