all around great bag, lives up to what it says, i like it because itis easy to carry and i can just trow the rope in there, great for if you are doing a quick climb and don t have time to coil it up

Great bag, It's been said. I laid this out on snow and mud and made a total mess of the bag. It did its job and better still, clean up was amazingly easy. Mud wiped off both sides of the tarp and the inside and outside of the bag with one pass. Only the straps were hard to clean. It also swallows my 70m 10.1mm rope even after a quick, haphazard flake out. I'd also like a pocket and additional strap, but I guess that's what their Roperanger is for.

The single strap suspension on this bag is a major downside. If it weren't for the great design and strength of the rest of the bag, this wouldn't make a 3. The bag works excellently in all respects except the carrying system, which is such an annoying hassle that I honestly wouldn't buy it again. If you plan on carrying it inside your pack everywhere you go though, I definitely don't have anything else bad to say about it. :D

Great rope bag. I would've bought the Roperanger but didn't have the money. Now it's on sale at REI for less. Oh well. The ropemaster is my recommendation to anyone.
