As soon as I put it on, it felt great. Didn't even really notice it while climbing, rappelling, or on a traverse. Fit my head comfortable, and I have a pretty big head.
No coverage against side impact, but it sits high on the head so it will give ample pro from anything falling from above with little feel (had a rock bounce off from about 90 feet the first time I used it and the only thing I noticed was the sound).
Overall, its a good hard lid and really comfortable.

Inexpensive, sturdy, simple and lightweight. As others have mentioned this is a dome-style helmet that rides high to protect against rockfall.
The size adjustment works well and should fit most heads. I have a long head, (not round and wide) and I have trouble fitting some helmets.
MEC sells them in Canada for around $50 CDN.

Good, solid feel for a light weight and good price. The helmet rides pretty high, like it's designed primarly to withstand a blow from above. I'm guessing this helmet is best for someone climbing second, or any other situation where one would be most concerned with something falling from above. Based on the types of climbs I do, I'm more concerned with getting tangled in the rope and flopping backwards into a tree or upsidedown. Because of this, I returned this helmet to get one with more side and back coverage. Still a good buy, depending on your needs.

Ugly, but light and cool. Good because it can fit over hoods, beanies, etc. I like the suspension system, allowing me to store a first aid kit.

This is an alright all round helmet. The price is really what sells this helmet though.
