No offense, but I think the mentioned ratings for this particular model are a bit overblown.
I like Evolve a lot; great team, great shoes. Excellent options in style and fit. First rate customer service.
However, of all the Evolve shoes, this is my least favorite. Climbing in these is like reading brail with mittens on. Like eating corn-on-the-cob with a set of false horse teeth.
This is a fine gym or beginner shoe. Maybe even long moderate trad. Or track and field.

I LOVE THESE SHOE'S untill I take them off and then I wanna toss them out.... But thats not the shoes fault...
I have tried 5.10 shoes before and then I got these and I like them more then some 5.10 shoes....
Definatly worth the money, Must buy for anyone.... great for begginers because of the 90$ price tag on em!!!

I have to disagree with the majority here. I am not a huge fan of the Quest. They rent these out at our school's gym and although they fit well and are comforable, I have a hard time edging and smearing with them. They are great for cracks, but I don't think that these are the "best." Good for the price, but not great. I like that you can get different sized shoes for those with strange feet. I suffer from this and I wish other companies would offer the same options.

Comfortable shoe, and bomber in cracks. I also like the fact that you can buy seperate size shoes for people like myself who have oddball feet. Highly recommended.

I'm definitely a fan of not only the Quest shoe, but of Evolv as well. Oustanding customer service. This shoe is great for those days when I'm in my shoe for a long time. VERY comfortable, excellent peformance- the Quest very definitely gives me happy feet.
