Excellent board! I have been training with this board for one year, and my streangth has improved by leaps and bounds. Remember, a hang board is only good if you use it, and this board is soo versital, that boredome is not a factor. Great varity of holds and easy to install.

Great beginner shoe for the price and the fit. I have no problems wearing these all day. I did make the mistake of buying a 1/2 size too big, but I also wasn't well versed in how a climbing shoe should fit. They were perfect in the store, then moderately stretched to be too big.

I have been bouldering and top roping with these for over 1 year for grades up to 5.11, and the sole is still in great shape. The sole will pull away at the ball of your foot almost right away, but won't go any further than that.

They are great for edging, but terrible when it comes to overhangs. The strong last doesn't allow for much versitility of toe use, and a beginner will eventually outgrow their capability.
