Very comfortable, soft shoe. Very sensitive without being painful. Great shoe for gym climbing. You can wear them comfortably for hours. Having a softer shoe can help you to develop your footwork and foot strength by giving you a better feel for the placement of your feet. I find that trax rubber can be a bit slippery at first, but once broken in, it becomes much more sticky. Because they're evolv's you can get them resoled cheaply at Yosemite Bum resoles, which is a nice bonus. For the price, they're an excellent buy.
