There`s no flies on himActually they are flying ants. There were billions of them all swarming looking for mates to do the nasty with. I could only stand to be on top of the summit for 5 minutes, lucky the ants didn`t sting. Quite an unusual occurence to see so many flying ants congregated in one location.

Rapping off Mt Ngungun (Near the cave)We had climbed an easy trad to find that there wasn't anywear to rap off at the top. (without leaving some cams behind). We found a suitable tree after a bit more climbing and hiking,and rapped down. About half way down I looked down and saw a sign (not much use at the bottom) " Absieling prohibited in this area"....opps.

My first trip to the Glasshouse MtThis is my second attempt at the crux of this climb. I had just cliped the bolt when I fell. It's a nice little climb that lays back at about five-ten degrees.
