George about to flashThe intended route, I believe, is a dyno from just above where George is to the ledge just right of the ancors. He cheated right a little but still flashed it.

Heel hooking itAfter George took a twenty foot lead fall onto my head just before I climbed this, I decided that top-roping this one would be good enough for me. A word of caution to anyone belaying this route - it's possible to ground out if you fall with a lot of slack out trying to clip that third bolt, so watch out!

top of Roadside AttractionThis is me belaying my two friends to the top of the second pitch. We came back on a different day and climbed this by the light of headlamps. All 3 of us were at the top anchors, under the stars. When we rapped down, we switched off all lights. It was great!

Outdoorsie goes A.W.O.L.This is a shot of me starting the classic 10c A.W.O.L. The climb was intimidating for my husband and I because it was overhung and the pockets looked sparse, but they were bomber, and the route was sooooo much fun!

Chillin' Out Around the Corner From AWOLThis is my wife and my St. Bernard the day after a Metallica concert. It wasn't the greatest of climbing trips, we were both worn out from the concert.

Ro Shampo's steep the whole way!I loved this route, first time on it and it spit me off at the 1st large hueco. My knee popped loud enough to sound like a gun. Finished with a limp. Jeff took on nikon coolpix 042904.

Strong french climber on the first pitchWe ran into a group of strong climbers from Quebec, which was cool... since we're Canadian as well and now live in VT. We head up to Quebec quite a bit and it was cool to run into people who were from even further away than we were.
This route was on my "to do" list, but I left it till too late in the trip.

Dan Cruising Ro ShampoThis Roadside classic sees more traffic than this site!
It's an oft debated 11d/12a, but a fun route to play on.
This is Dan Dempsey making the route look easy!
Taken with an unknown point and shoot camera.
