Tristan on Reservoir RidgeHere is Tristan at the 2nd belay station on the Reservoir Ridge Route. He recently moved to Utah from China and we met on Rc.com. This route is almost too easy, but still fun with a good view.

Sam belays pitch 1, Layback CrackHere is my buddy Sam belaying me up the first pitch of Layback Crack. This was our first climbing trip together and we couldn't have picked a better route to warm up on. The simple protection and easy climbing allowed us to get to know each others style and gear. We hit City of Rocks, ID a few days later.

Peter tops out on Goodro'sI think this shot, showing the entire Goodro's Wall, really captures how the face is polished almost to gemstone quality. And it's steep!

Seconding Goodro'sMy hardest trad onsight to date, Goodro's is a top-notch route. Highly polished rock forces you to use the crack... or else! Here we see Peter cleaning my lead. You can see how steep the climb is by the gear hanging off his harness.

Corey's Second Lead..This is Corey's (crazy_climber) second lead ever. I think the route was Sixpence, I know it is in Big Cottonwood Canyon. Anyhow, he lead it with style, and didn't miss a clip.

Duck, On Belay. This is Richard "Duck" Duckworth.(I'm sure Anne will tell me if I got his name right.) A close friend of Anne's (climbinganne), a great guide during our stay, and an all-around nice guy.
And that smile never left his face the entire weekend..

Scott on leadA shot of me on lead by the lovely and talented climbinganne. I'm doing this mainly because the the blue rope next to me is stuck at the anchors..somehow it twisted in them and wouldn't come down. Anyhow, enjoy the pretty colors.. :-)
