Description:
This route is on the north face of the peak which rises directly above Spring Lake. It is nearly 1000' feet high. The technical route up this face is rated IV, 5.9. From Steve Roper's guide: Climb into the dihedral slightly right of the center of a buttress. All of the nine pitches are 5.7 or harder, and four of the first five leads are 5.9.
