Description:

on one of the upper levels on the westermost end of East Crag, there's a face with tons of obvious quartz deposits embedded, and a large horizontal fissure about 1/2 way up the face. the face averages about 12-15 feet high. start anywhere along the bottom, and climb MANY obvious and positive sharp edged quartz nodules to a mantle top out anywhere along the entire face.

positive easy bouldering, great beginners face, not too high, plenty of positive holds, but you have to do a bit of - easy- route finding because the face is a jumble of embedded quartz nodules. eliminete routes are definitely doable to artificially steepen the grades.
