Easy lead in good conditions. More like WI3 or 3- in Jan '12 conditions. Solid screws to tree belay.

This is where I learned to ice climb, with Clint Cook of San Juan Mtn Guides (highly recommended!). Fun and challenging for this first-timer. Great place to practice or learn.
