Ascent Note
I wanted to simul this with a friend, but 2 more people wanted to go. So we did it in 2 parties. Pitch 3 (if you go from the toe of the buttress) is the "crux" but it is not hard. You really don't need cams for this. I didn't even take any. It's 5.4 for goodness sakes (but still fun).
UPDATE: Just soloed WMW on 6/6/02. All was gravy until a 5' traverse. I don't like face climbing. But I didn't die so that's good.

Ascent Note
A nice solo, if your up for the routefinding and not afraid of getting into 5.9 territory if you wander.

Ascent Note
One of my favorites. Have repeated perhaps a dozen times. Once soloed it twice in the same day. Best done from the toe of the buttress, and straight up from the top of the gendarme, not left as the original route goes. this gives a seven pitch route at 5.6 or so.
