Hard to believe that P2 is a 6
It's airy, it's thin on pro during the traverse and it's committing.

This was a lot of fun today. Wet on the bottom of P1

I don't think this is PG, I think it's R
If you blow the traverse, you will be hitting a lot of rock on the way down. It's a good climb, but there are better protected climbs. Not for the new 5.6 leader.

Honestly, I don't think this is PG, I think it's R
While the feet are huge on the traverse, there is no gear. Your last gear is the pin. If you blow the traverse, you have a very hard swing back into the corner. It's not over when you do the traverse. That final little corner to the top is in your face.

Great
Better than the guide book gives it credit for. I liked the middle of this climb quite a bit. Seemed like plenty of pro to me.

P2 hard
For 5.6 it felt like a sandbag to me. Knowing that it is a great climb..

P2 of Moonlight
Enjoyable climb with nice exposure. Transfer of weight from one foot to the other was a pace quickening endeavor traveling around the corner. We completed pitch 2 of Moonlight after climbing pitch one of CCK. The scenery couldn't have been better with all the fall leaves in full color.

thrilling exposure, delicate moves.
wonderful, thrilling route. climbed with beau. i led P1 which is enjoyable climbing, but super easy. beau led P2. really balancy and tedious moves around the arete. besides the exposed nature, there really are no "thank god, big gunks holds" once you move around the corner, and your last pro before you make the move is definitely not as good or close as you might want. however if you keep your composure its all good, and is a fair rating at 5.6 i think. i actually found the moves right after the arete crux to be more difficult and insecure. anyway, excited to tick this one on lead soon.

in the moonlight
Last week, we only did P2, so it was fun to come back and do P1. I thought it was a great pitch of climbing, although I found it awkward getting a comfortable stance at the bottom for the 1st piece of pro. Geoff led P2 this week, and as a 2nd, I actually found it as exciting as leading it, because a slip could have created an interesting swing into space.

I thought this was really easy
But, I wasn't leading P2. The traverse on P2 is kinda like "what? you want me to go where?" But actually the feet are huge, the hands are ok. There is a large crimp as soon as you round the corner. Unforunately there is NO pro until you round the corner. proceed at your own risk, I think this should be "R" rated due to fall consequences should you screw the traverse (however unlikely that may be). A great climb, as a second I did not find it "exciting" or difficult in any way.
