Jugs though an offwidth roof. Cool. Lead P1. Thanks to all the locals who decided to give me crap about bringing more than a few draws up this thing... NOT.

... what a crowd! We got there at 10 AM and we had a dozen people above us already on the rock, and two parties in front of us, waiting to start! We waited an hour to start at the base before it was our turn, and then an hour on top before it was our turn to rap. Still - very fun (albeit bizarre) route - worth the wait.

A casual first tower experience. Topped out in an hour from the base. Had a few beers at the top. A fun evening after a morning of paragliding in Mack.

Memories are a bit fuzzy, but I remember it was a great, moderate time

This was an amazing day. Most of the route is in the shade so be prepared. Whenever you think there is nothing a sweet pocket left from Otto appears. The crux is the end when you are already tired but is very juggy. Enjoy the top.

This was my first desert tower climb so no matter how manufactured the holds were, it was still fun. I found the dihedral on P3 pretty attention getting since the biggest piece we had was #3:) the rest was just mellow fun climbing all the way to the top where one is rewarded with awesome views...
I think in the guide book the long P1 is actually two pitches which are usually combined in to one, but be sure to climb on doubles or bring an extra rope to the first bolted belay and leave it there so you can get down the last two pitches

A totally manufactured route but still really intersting and fun. The last pitch is great. The tunnel was cool. Awesome weather at the top.

Great route - mostly a lot easier than 5.8 - just one move at the end with a shady piton.

Watch for bad weather, it sucks to hike out there get half way up and have to turn back do to daunting thunder and rain clouds
