Ascent Note
Long and varied this route had us sweating :). We avoided the "5.8" offwidth on pitch 5 and climbed right and up to the belay ledge. Descent makes one rappel to get off the top of the route and hike a ways east to a small Pine tree at the top of Burlesque...four raps to the ground...we missed a station and left a few stoppers :)...touched down at dark.

Ascent Note
Great route, but kinda sporty in spots, made for some exciting moves at a moderate grade. We took one rope and the rappel off the 5th pitch left me hanging at the end of my rope 5 feet above the anchors...had to "fish" for the bolts then downclimb to them.(Take two ropes or a verified 70m single) Definitely recomended for a fun, quiet day.

Cool route, a great outing. There are several routes of unknown difficulty to the left and to the right of the route. Information would be nice :)

Excellent two days. We took our time and enjoyed the route. It was Nate cox first wall and he was fully into it. We ran out of water on the second day and ended up topping out and spending the night on top drinking dirty snow water. Very memorable. Oscars Deli the next day was pure heaven :)

Bolted on the lead. This is a fun and demanding route. The crux is a thin edging move to an overlap.

Bolted on the lead, too many bolts but very safe. I may clean it up this summer but its still a fun fun route and a great intro to harder sandstone friction :)

Ascent Note
This was the FA, August,1988. Jim and I thought we would run up after work and do a short route and this had looked pretty cool but we never tried it. The first 15 feet are primo varnished crack but then everything goes south and loose, sandy choss finishes the route. I was pulling off big flakes just hoping for some solid holds. I remember being really gripped and covered in dirt. :)

Ascent Note
Fun route but a bit funky in spots. Before traversing out onto the face theres a 1/2" TCU placement under the overlap in the corner. From the top of route an aid variation traverses left into the next crack system: Suicidal tendencies (A3) goues up another 100'

Ascent Note
This was the first ascent of the route, May 1988.
I spent a few weeks toproping thre line and figuring out bolt placements, I had intended for the route to follow the crack systems up the wall but never got around to them (someone else has finished the wall above, if you know of its rating please drop me a mail). Will and Newt showed up and we led the route at noon...just as the heat was pouring on.
