So for the past few years Ive been sending people to this thinking it was a 9+ and a good warm up. While it certainly does warm you up, but for the sake of my karma I appolgize to all the souls I sand bagged. Still a pretty good route but better warmups elsewhere.

I dont know why, but thats how it goes sometimes. Worth doing once but certainly not worth doing more then once a year.
