Fun and hard
Start out the second pitch with sustained fingers and lie backs. This thing sucks up pro so use it sparingly. Get into the palm palm stem stems as soon as you can or you will get pumped from the sustained fingers.

Got up super early to beat the crowds, still got stuck behind a guided party of 5, turning what would have been a 2 hour climb into 5 hours.

The long second pitch offers a long sustained fingers to hand crack in a corner with painful feet and few rests. pitch 3 was a little dirty and wide. We made the top in three pitches.

Regular Route on Higher Spire
The crux pitch felt way hard to me, I'm not sure if I went the right way. I went up a left facing corner after clipping a piton then pulled a small roof. The rest of the route after p2 was much easier. I took the 5.9 hand crack to the summit and it was sweet but followed by a scary 5.9 Mantel move. The rappels were straight forward and not to scary, 2 bomber ASCA bolts at the top. It could use some chains.

Hard ass route, every pitch is steller. The bolts on the 5.11 slab pitch need to be replaced.
