3 out of 5 stars Not 11a

This route is 11c, and temp dependent at that. Some of the steepest pure friction you're ever likely to climb. Stop moving through the crux and you'll probably pitch off.

1 out of 5 stars Soft for the grade

Basically a one move wonder right off the ground (literally the second move maybe) and very, very soft for the grade. There is no pump factor on this very short route, and in reality the crux is about 5.9 tops. This is the easiest route at .10c I've seen anywhere in the U.S. The stuff on the Rehab wall makes much better warmups than this P.O.S.

2 out of 5 stars Soft for the rating

I repeated this thing shortly after the FA on my third try, on a visit home for the holidays. I probably have the date wrong, but remember an article in a local Athens paper right after the guy got the FA. It was a month or two after that.

No chance it's V8, VERY soft for that rating, probably closer to V7-.
