3 out of 5 stars strong

onsight of this. goes out to the right on some pretty bad holds with a dynamic move off a pretty bad sloper/crimp to a two finger pocket that requires some accuracy.
not my favorite route, but might as well do it.

4 out of 5 stars classic

great problem. good movement. I was able to fingerjam the right hand sidepull making the problem much easier. I was the only one around that seemed to be able to jam it though.

2 out of 5 stars strong crimp

the right hand crimp is kinda small, otherwise this problem is kinda boring.

5 out of 5 stars beta intensive

Don't try this route if your two finger pocket strength is not good otherwise you'll screw something up. Also, clip the second bolt to avoid the deck potential.

This rarely climbed route is actually pretty awesome if you're willing to spend the time and figure out the beta. It requires a lot of creative feet and some good dynamism.
I especially like it because it seems to favor shorter people during the crux. Anything to make tall people whine! haha.

5 out of 5 stars not a 12

The route is excellent, but this is more like an 11a. the holds in the roof are huge. The elevens to the left in the little enclave are way harder. It does look pretty impressive when you climb it though. This route has made many a climber toss their head in petulant pride.

The top out would be possible if the loose rock and shrubbery were cleaned out. It's only difficult because with the loose rock you can't reach out far enough and slide your body over. Topping out is way harder than 12a anyways. I'd give the top out at least 12b/c...super burly

4 out of 5 stars nice

tall people have the advantage into the dihedral, but then short people get it back over the roof. I love hearing tall people complain for once. haha.
However, I believe this is 11d--not 12a.
