I liked this--feet were tiny crystals, hands often not there at all...that really sketchy slab feeling.

Finally led it- safer to lead thru first bolt anyway, to avoid scary pendulum into a tree full of dead branch spikes. Nice short climb-from under a roof to a blank granite face...

This was my first outdoor climb--and first slab. Wanted to lead cause of the situation. Was probably way more scared than I needed to be,(visions of slab surfing on my face rather than downclimbing if I gripped)
