This was my first 5.10c. Difficult but fun climb. Set TR in large granite block wedged in the crack, but had problem with rope running down into the crack...quick fix: took dead tree branch and wedged it into crack to hang rope from. After putting weight on rope tree cracked and sent debris falling before "placing" itself. Nerve-racking climb especially with added danger of 6 to 7 foot fall if tree branch broke.
