Description

What’s a Rope Bucket? OK, it’s a container that will hold your rope and other items allowing for rapid transit at the crag. Dual compression straps help keep all your gear where you put it. When not in use, the Rope Bucket folds down to the size of a late 80’s cell phone. For those alergic to ropes, it will handily fold away inside your Mad Pad and keep your stuff together. just got it w/new rope for birthday. works well for bouncing round a crag, the baggie on is nice for small stuff. much better for leading than toproping b/c the bucket feeds out rope nicely, but puting it in while belaying takes practice. has a daisy chain on the inside, but one on the outside would be nice as well, as well as an exterior pocket, but i can put every thing for a day of sport climbing in it nicely. Also, used it for two days at rocktown to haul all the extra crap i take bouldering and it worked better than a pack, and far easier than cramming stuff in the pad. All in all cheaper than most rope bags, and far more versitile IMO
