About Le Bouclier du Tanet:



This crag is on granite, which is a usual in the upper part of the Vosgian Massif (not sandstone anymore). This area offers 20 easy sport climb routes, up to 5.11a, 40 meter high, ie 2 pitch routes.

Nearest town or city: Schlucht Pass (Colmar)
Directions:
From Colmar, go west to Munster then Col de la Schlucht. Here, take the "Route des Crêtes" until you reach the parking of the Tanet. Then take the "Sentier du Tanet" (a path) to the tower of Tanet.
