About Dovbushevi Skaly:

Sandstone formation in the pre-carpathians, best climbing spot in Western Ukraine. Altitude is only 600m from the sea level, so climbing is possible all year round if there isn't too much snow.

There are several free-standing rocks with average height of 30-45 meters. They are similar to Krasnojarsk's Stolby (although those are granite) in shape/height and to Fontainebleau in rock quality/type.

Lately several new purely sport-climbing routes have been opened with usually 5 to 6 bolts. As the place has become popular for climbing competitions, it is common to find chopped holds, although natural routes exist as well. Average climbing difficulty goes around 6b to 7b. You can find a description in Russian and a route list here. Routes are from 5c to 8a+.
