Description:
On the south end of Juniper Point, is a small, sheer wall with some good top-ropes on it. There is a large pin (Big Pin) on the top. These two problems are found on a smooth, vertical wall that comes out of the water below the Arbutus trees. Scamble down to the right (west) and traverse in to start the problems. This problem climbs straight up the middle of the wall on crisp, volcanic-like edges. Staying right of the cracks is harder. Water Landing.

When it's cold out
These water traverse problems would feel much less sketchy if it was warm out.
