Fun route. Great first route for placing gear as every 5 - 8 feet you are on bomber feet and can get a no hands stance and place your gear. As per every route at the Mills, don't buy into the grade too much (can you say sandbagged?). I would grade this a 5.4, with the exception of the opening moves. Getting up to the first good ledge requires some good smearing off of a great layback, but for new climbers it can be quite a challenge as you have to trust your feet on the smear. Eats nuts all the way up and you can pretty much put in as much or as little gear as you feel comfortable with.
