About Griffin Falls:
| Griffin Falls is a small crag located off the same interstate exit (I-59) as Sandrock. There are gear routes as well as bolted lines, most of them 5.10 or harder. Be sure to check out the stunning "Knife Crack" if you visit. |
| Nearest town or city: | Collinsville |
| Directions: | From the Collinsville exit off I-59, head west on Hwy. 68. As you head downhill after a few miles and can see the crag in front of you, there will be a bridge to cross at the bottom of the hill. Take an immediate left after the bridge onto a gravel road. When you get to another bridge, use the pull-off just past it on the right. Walk uphill, past the waterfall to the base of the cliff. |
