Need a boat of some sort: inflatable kayak or canoe is ideal. The local custom seems to include graffitti, litter and glass bottles. Please do the right thing and avoid these, bring canned bear and pack out your and some one else's trash. As you paddle up stream the canyon gets more scenic and cleaner- It really is a special place. Imagine: climbing sandstone cliffs of similar character to Red Rocks NV with water landings! |
