About The Hand:

Incredible exposure on all sides! To reach this formation take the Treasure Cove Loop from the Concha Campground stay on trail til it fades just south of the formation, easily visible from the parking lot. The Hand is the northernmost detached pinacle on the NW side. The rock is very fractured so wear helmets. Bolts are old but anchors and chains on top provide good protection on the 150ft. rappel. There are few oportunities to set your own pro. Rack should include a selection of chocks and a few friends ranging from small to large.
