Description:

Named for a review of Ascent in the LA Times that described Allen Steck and Steve Roper as "Wilted Flower Children"! Start about 30 feet right of Popular Mechanics and 20 feet right of Good Housekeeping below an obvious handcrack that rises above an alcove. Climb the right facing corner to the handcrack and the top.

Descent Options:

Rap anchor on top. Watch that the rope doesn't get stuck!

Climbed in order to rescue the rope of another pair. The rap anchor at top was shit. Reoriented it to rappel down the chimney at the back.
