Rocky Island
About Rocky Island:
This large island can only be accessed when the water level is low enough to cross over Dikes creek. It offers many opportunities for anyone willing to walk over and tie up! there are a few fourty to fifty footers that you can TR with ease. You can also lower off to just above the Potomac river side and climb up from the water! Just be carefull not to dip your rope into the oily water and bring ascenders so you know if you can't climb up you can still get up. |
