Fun climb but slick rock
new
The slick rock makes the lieback much harder. I ended up doing a toe jam to keep from sliding.

Layback
Good sustained liebacking. A nice challenge for newbies or the "lieback impaired" gym climber. There are a few foot holds on each side of the dihedral that can make things easier. Also, slide the outside of your RT foot into the crack whenever possible.

second climb ever, so couldn't really rate it
Someone pointed and said, "climb that." So I did.

slip and *bam*
That bottom section of the layback has a super slippery bit, for sure -- left foot slipped, right knee went into the slab. Finished climb without further incident. Great climb for polishing the layback skills you can't get in the gym.

slippery
Wall seemed extra slippery today, despite being dry. One chunk of rock near the top sounds hollow and feels ready to give.
