About Christmas Tree Pass:
| Definitely a winter only climbing area! Summer temps can exceed 120 degrees! Cheap accommodations and food can be found in Laughlin (Casino Drive). Christmas Tree Pass offers white granite domes and slabs. Bolts on these slabs are very rusted and worn. Better bolts and anchors are found on the Overlook Wall. **There has been some recent bolt replacement activity - not sure of the extent or on what routes. |

| Directions: | To reach Chrismas Tree Pass from Las Vegas, head SE from Las Vegas strip or I-15, using either the 215 (southern beltway) or 95/93 (spaghetti bowl interchange), taking 93 heading S at the turn located between Railroad Pass and Boulder City. Follow Hwy 93 South past Searchlight and follow sign along 93 for Christmas Tree pass (NW of Laughlin) aprox. 5 miles before you get to the Colorado River. |
