About Mary Jane & Yellow Pine:
| Park in the Mary Jane parking lot up the dirt road straight ahead on Echo Road (instead of veering right for the Hood). Head out on the north trail from the lot for about 10 minutes or so until you see the wall on your left through the trees. Head left, cross a wash and walk up a short hill to the base of the wall. This is an excellent summer crag due to the many trees and the north facing cliff, it stays shady all day. Rock quality is excellent, and the classic of the crag is well worth doing! |
