Description:

Left of Juicy Fingers, on opposite wall of corner. follow broken seams up to a ledge and a short arĂȘte to a bolted anchor by an old cedar tree. When dry, a good approach pitch to get you to the upper tier. Note - The anchors were originally placed where they were to give acces to an intended second pitch. After anchovy was cleaned and put up, it was realised that that was a better aproach pitch to the stuff above. Someday they may be moved.

5 out of 5 stars Interesting

An interesting and very non-Rumney route. Stick clip.

5 out of 5 stars Great climbing

Really enjoyed this route. The style of climbing is very different from everything else I've seen at Rumney. The route blows away Armed and Dangerous, and metamorphosis. The moves required for this route are fun and creative.

Stick clipping the first bolt is not a bad idea.

4 out of 5 stars Worth doing

The first three clips are the hardest. All the moves around that triangle shaped big hole are pretty fun. The middle three are ok. Stay right to make it a little harder. The top is just boring. Why are the anchors so far back there? They should be above the middle part. Better for the rope and you don't miss out on anything.

3 out of 5 stars Slab and cracks

If you're too short to clip the first bolt from the ground, consider the stick-clip. The first moves are the crux.
