Pretty much why Greensprings is on the map as a climbing area. And the crux off the bolted belay to start the second pitch, while stiff and the only real difficulty of the climb, can be done by a 5.10+ leader if the holds and moves are worked out. If you have a 70+ meter rope, I would say onsighting is appropriate, but having your belayer up with you in taking this climb on in two pitches, without knowledge of the crux, can be more hairy than falling while taking the climb in one: not a lot of rope out, one bolt then your back on the belay, he/she's already in your way from executing steep roof moves, you get my drift...
