About American Fork Canyon:
A modern sport climbing area, featuring steep, challenging and innovative bolted routes. It has received widespread attention in the climbing community, and locals have worked diligently to expand the variety and quality of climbs. It is a beautiful canyon, lush with foliage, cool in the summer, and rugged with rock. This canyon cuts through the Wasatch range just north east of the city of American Fork to the alpine slopes of Mt. Timpanogos. |

Directions: | From the north, take exit 287 off I-15. This is the Alpine/Highland/Timpanogos Cave exit, and is located just south of "Point of the Mountain." Once off I-15, drive east on Utah Highway 92; simply stay n it and you will drive directly into American Fork Canyon. |
