Description:
Start the climb on a crack for the first 10 feet then head up to a ledge before turning left to climb a large crack to the crux just before topping out. 5.0 is the actual rating for this route.Descent Options:
Rap down the tree on another route called "the roof."

The tree at the top is dead so we placed a sling onto the rock along the easiest route to rap from. Easy climb to figure out once you get there. Excellent alpine experience; this climb has a little of everything. Don't fall on those jagged rocks at the base... OUCH! careful on the descent. Crampons recommended....

Less rewarding than the other routes
My first alpine trad route. Hardly a route at all though. More like class 4. However, the route doesn't detract from the beauty of the peak and surrounding atmosphere.
