About Long Branch:

The OTHER wall, across the creek from the Guide Wall. This cliff was first developed by Darrel Hensley years before anyone even knew it existed. Troy Johnson and Mike Gray came here at Darrel's invitation to put in many of the sport and mixed lines that were done in the early and mid-90s. Tony barnes and Tom Cecil also added routes, with Tom's "Beautiful Loser" checking in as one of the most aesthetic lines at the cliff.
Approach: About 2 miles beyond Shreve's Store, downstream of the old church, where the road becomes gravel. Two pullouts, one on either side of Long Branch. Hike up the creek or along the creek until you reach the obvious talus field that climbs the ridge to the walls. Trail is old but better than trying to hike up the steep, loose hill from the road... impact there will be immediate and massive.
