In fact it might be far better training than yoga-ups or muscle-ups. Of course the top secret, super amazing, only the super cool know it training was invented by Big Wall Pete who proposed the following: Stop climbing, start drinking, Drink heavily for several months, Stop drinking, Start climbing again, Now don't you feel better?

i've really found that when you try to hard when your climbing you do worse. its important to just do your best and take it easy
