OR take everything everyone says as a serious statement! That'll really get your blood pumping. In fact it might be far better training than yoga-ups or muscle-ups.

Of course the top secret, super amazing, only the super cool know it training was invented by Big Wall Pete who proposed the following:

Stop climbing,
start drinking,
Drink heavily for several months,
Stop drinking,
Start climbing again,
Now don't you feel better?

so i decided to write about how 'great' slacklining is,,, and how slackin has improved my climbing like yoga improved that guys/girls clibming

i've really found that when you try to hard when your climbing you do worse. its important to just do your best and take it easy
