Climb sport outside. I've primarily been a boulderer, but recently got into sport climbing at the gym. I'd love to extend that to some real climbing outside. 2. Formulate, start, and maintain an official training schedule. To date, I've been training for climbing by climbing stuff. I hope to make this regimen more specific to maximize my training and climbing time. I'm making plans to go to either Big Thompson Canyon or Boulder Canyon this spring with my brother for some sport, that takes care of my first goal. My second goal I hope to meet by reading a few climbing books (Especially Self Coached Climber - I hope I'm climbing at a level that I can understand 1/4 of the book) and maintaining my reformed diet to decrease body fat/increase S to W ratio.
